• Marcus, Age 35:

PHQ-9 21 to 5 over four weeks (January 3 to February 26, 2025). Marcus, affected by a divorce, moved back from out of state to live with his parents and was facing extreme life challenges. He said he needed to figure out how to ‘flip the switch on his thinking’ because he tends to go down so many unfortunate rabbit holes from his past. Over the past six weeks, he has started journaling and keeping track of his constructive consciousness lessons that he has been coached on at Cerebral Spa. He has been able to identify intrusive thoughts, and we have worked through a PTSD protocol developed by Brainsway, mitigating past traumas and helping him focus on connections and pursuits that are important to him. He is content with his current job, where people are again naturally gravitating towards his personality, and he has been working on my team recently, wanting to dedicate more of his career to helping others by calling doctors like you and working mall booths. 

• Carol, Age 33

PHQ-9 21 to 6 over three weeks (December 16 to January 13), covered by her Blue Cross Blue Shield, which allows an Accelerated TMS protocol. Carol has tried a handful of antidepressants over the last several years, none of which have worked for her. She has also tried conventional TMS with a figure-8 coil at a nearby clinic, which upcharged her to treat the other side of the prefrontal cortex. Carol began receiving treatment on a cash basis last September and experienced relief with our affordable cash prices. • Nick, Age 18

PHQ-9 24 to thriving in two weeks (September 16 to September 28), with six sessions a day for five days. Nick had been in a very traumatic situation, being both drugged and blackmailed in a non-violent but likely illicit encounter. His mom, fearing self-harm, kept him under constant watch, leading to their referral to Cerebral Spa for urgent care. The pain in both Nick's parents' eyes was telling, so we began treatment using the SAINT protocol, which is FDA-approved for treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD with up to 10 treatments a day for 10 days. At the end of two weeks, Nick was healed and is now working on his tool shed, his hobbies, eating better, and has better hygiene. His trauma is gone, and he’s fixing his 1974 Ford truck, too busy with friends to dwell on the past. His parents are so relieved to have their son back. Nick is a true testatent to the miraculous abilities of Cerebral Spa. 

• Jessica, Age 42

Was treated (November 11 to November 25, '24) for trauma, energy issues, depression, and marital relationship challenge. Jessica mentioned that her relationship with her husband has been strained due to past grief related to her traumatic brain injury from a car wreck years ago, which has reduced her confidence in herself and her husband’s confidence in her cognitive abilities. The incident occurred 10 years ago, and she was treated for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and TBI using Brainsway's coil, which can address these multiple diagnoses with a similar treatment approach. Within three weeks of treatment, Jessica released deep-seated resentment towards her husband, starting fresh, and now expresses a renewed desire to reconnect, a testament to our transformative care. She now appears joyful and radiant, and her transformation has been remarkable to witness. 

• James, Age 45

Was treated from August to October, twice a week in '25. He runs his own HVAC company and has experienced abandonment and lack of confidence due to his mother's absence during his childhood, leading him to feel needy. This pattern extended over many decades, and he often overextended himself in relationships that were not reciprocated. Additionally, as a former police officer, he survived a shooting incident years ago in which a colleague was killed, contributing to his PTSD. Using Brainsway's protocol for PTSD, we created a script of that event and applied fear extinction to address the associated trauma in his medial cortex. Through treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD, along with our support, James has learned to detach from toxic cycles, being more patient and wise in his relationships. During his treatment, he reconciled with his mother, and they are now on civil terms. A year after his treatment, James, now proposing to his new bride, looks forward to starting a family, a revolutionary change from his past struggles, showcasing our lasting impact. He, his fiancé, and I have become good friends. 

• Pamela, Age 62

Treatment began on November 29, 2024, and is ongoing. Pamela has been diagnosed with Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), depression, and anxiety, with a PHQ-9 score of 21. Her CIGNA insurance approved her treatment based on her depression diagnosis, and we have been able to address all her diagnoses using the Brainsway H-1 coil. Her PHQ-9 score has dropped to 5, and we are also treating the relevant brain region as per her neurologist's order to help reset the area associated with her PPPD, in addition to the depression protocol. • Shawn, Age 58

PHQ-9 25 to 16 in one week (February 18 to February 25). Shawn, with severe depression, has tried over eight antidepressants in the last 15 years, is disabled, and experienced a tremoring effect around his mouth from these medications. He has had a lot of anger for years and problems communicating with his family.
